Nanosonics is looking for a Clinical Applications & Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Ireland.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, Ireland, you'll be responsible for driving customer success, training excellence and product adoption across our Irish business. Acting as the clinical and customer success lead, you'll help healthcare facilities maximise utilisation, compliance and value from the Nanosonics portfolio, with a primary focus on the trophon® installed base and associated ecosystem solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual clinical and product training.
  • Support new customer onboarding, implementation and product adoption.
  • Partner with customers to identify training needs, utilisation barriers and workflow challenges.
  • Develop practical solutions and customer success plans to drive long-term adoption and value.
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to support customer needs and opportunities.
  • Support product evaluations, demonstrations and business cases.
  • Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Support the successful introduction of new technologies, including CORIS.
  • Maintain accurate customer and training records and share customer insights with the broader team.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in ultrasound, infection prevention, decontamination or endoscopy environments, with ultrasound experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer success, clinical education or field-based clinical support.
  • Experience delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training programmes.
  • Typically, 4+ years' experience in a relevant clinical, education or medical device role.
  • Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of medical technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, consultative and analytical skills.
  • The ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of customer adoption and change-management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM and training/competency system experience is desirable.
  • A relevant clinical, ultrasound, nursing or decontamination qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
