We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our Production team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to the Production team, helping to ensure the efficient flow of production activities. Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Planning and Quality teams, you'll manage production documentation, inventory transactions, production order processing and document control, while supporting compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate production administration, including preparing documentation and labels, generating digital certificates, processing production orders and maintaining accurate production records.
  • Support inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, stock reconciliations, cycle counts and collaboration with Warehouse and Quality teams to resolve variances and manage non-conforming product.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including purchasing production consumables and PPE, assisting production activities where required, and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System, Environmental and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.

About You

You'll be an organised, proactive administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a manufacturing environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Experience in an administration role, preferably within production or manufacturing (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using ERP and document management systems such as D365 and Objective being highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach, willingness to learn and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
