Nanosonics is a world-leading medtech company dedicated to innovation and improving patient safety. We are seeking a skilled Materials Planner to join our Supply Chain team and ensure the availability of materials for our manufacturing operations and customer commitments.

About the Role

As a Materials Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the planning and delivery of materials for designated SKUs. You will work closely with internal teams such as Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supplier Quality, as well as external suppliers, to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. Your ability to create and execute detailed delivery plans, manage MRP systems, and coordinate stakeholders will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage material requirements plans for relevant SKUs, considering engineering changes, ramp-up, and run-out activities.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders, updating delivery dates to ensure clear communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and logistics, expediting where necessary.
• Monitor and escalate risks related to supply, logistics, documentation, or quality issues.
• Produce reports to support supply chain operations and process improvements, including inventory forecasts, shortages, and open purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate ERP Master Data for inventory items.
• Represent Supply Chain in operational meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and communication of key updates.
• Comply with Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety policies.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10 years’ experience in materials planning, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong MRP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable).
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
