Nanosonics is a global medical technology company committed to improving patient safety worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead critical global transformation initiatives.

This is a high-impact role partnering with C-Suite leaders, Global Process Owners and Systems Integration partners to deliver complex, enterprise-wide change.

The Opportunity

Reporting into Technology Leadership, you will oversee the global technology portfolio, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

You will act as the central point of coordination across senior stakeholders, technical teams, business program leads and external partners to ensure seamless execution of critical initiatives.

You will:

• Lead the global technology portfolio across multiple teams and regions
• Oversee delivery of large-scale programs
• Provide governance to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Manage portfolio financials and program reporting
• Drive alignment between senior stakeholders, IT, business leads and SI partners
• Champion strong IT governance and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks
• Lead Quarterly Business Planning and portfolio prioritisation
• Support change adoption using structured methodologies (e.g. ADKAR)

What You’ll Bring

• 15+ years’ experience delivering complex global ERP programs
• Strong background in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device highly regarded)
• Proven ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders
• Commercially astute with strong financial oversight capability
• Confident managing geographically dispersed teams
• Structured, disciplined and outcome-focused
