REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

As we continue to grow across the APAC region, we are seeking a highly capable and passionate Regional Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our regional marketing strategy, drive commercial impact, and elevate our brand presence across diverse markets.
This is a unique role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, content creation, commercial partnerships, and hands-on execution. You will shape regional marketing plans, create high-quality content, run events, and collaborate closely with sales, clinical, and global marketing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
About the Role
The Regional Marketing & Communications Manager APAC is responsible for leading regional marketing strategy and execution (70%) while serving as a key content creator and copywriter for global and regional campaigns (30%). You will use market insights, data, and customer feedback to guide decision-making, drive ROI, and influence stakeholders across Nanosonics’ commercial ecosystem.
You will balance strategic planning with on-the-ground execution, including conference delivery, events management, campaign activation, and close collaboration with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Commercial Impact
- Develop and execute APAC regional marketing plans aligned to global strategy and growth targets.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs to shape impactful initiatives.
- Partner closely with sales leadership in-field to support pipeline growth, lead generation, and revenue objectives.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Produce compelling, high-quality content across digital, print, email, sales enablement, and event materials.
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone, regulatory requirements, and campaign objectives.
- Apply storytelling to engage customers and maximise impact.
Campaigns, Events & Program Delivery
- Lead the execution of integrated campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Own end-to-end delivery of scientific conferences, trade shows, and regional events—including bump-in/out.
- Manage the regional promotional/event budget and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, focusing on outcomes and ROI.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, global marketing, channel partners, and regional leadership to ensure aligned and effective execution.
- Act as a regional marketing influencer, providing insights on commercial challenges and opportunities.
- Support customer education and advocacy programs.
Operational & Budget Management
- Manage regional marketing budgets with strong commercial acumen.
- Oversee agency, vendor, and supplier relationships to maximise value and impact.
- Provide timely reporting and insights to support decision-making.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
- 8–10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing/communications, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Proven success developing and executing APAC regional marketing plans that drive measurable ROI.
- Experience working with both direct sales and distributor-led models.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on experience in content creation, campaigns, digital, and events.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate across a matrix organisation.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with experience managing budgets and vendors.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital tools.
