About the Role
You’ll take the lead on ERP, CRM, and Power Platform initiatives—partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance operations and support our global growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance technical leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical delivery across ERP (D365 FinOps), CRM (D365 CE), and Power Platform
- Translate business requirements into clear, functional technical solutions
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality outcomes on time and to scope
- Drive integration, customisation, and environment management best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, delivering continuous improvements
- Produce technical documentation, test scripts, and repeatable processes
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ technical development/lead experience (ERP/CRM focus)
- Expertise in D365, X++, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, JavaScript, C#
- Strong Azure DevOps pipeline and environment management experience
- Proven stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across all levels
- A problem-solving mindset with passion for continuous improvement
