What You’ll Do

Build the future: Manufacture and assemble precision prototypes, components, and equipment that bring bold ideas to life.

Be hands-on with tech: manual tools, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and more to create cutting-edge solutions.

Collaborate to innovate: Partner with engineers, designers, and NPI teams to refine designs and solve complex challenges.

Manage our Mechanical Engineering Workshop—equipment, safety, budgets, and everything in between.

Make an impact: Support testing, validation, and debugging of electro-mechanical sub-systems to ensure products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in precision manufacturing and mechanical assembly.
• Experience in designing and building prototypes and test rigs.
• Knowledge of pneumatics systems and CAD (SolidWorks a must).
• A proactive, detail-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Product Design, or related field.
