PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER, 12 MONTH CONTRACT

We are currently seeking Production Team Member's to join our high-performing, quality-accredited manufacturing team. Your Role:

As a Production Team Member, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, inspecting, and servicing our groundbreaking medical devices. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a team-first mindset, and a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies and finished products
• Inspect, test, and pack products within defined timelines
• Conduct basic repairs and perform service work on returned devices
• Handle materials and move products through production stages
• Assist with final product release and non-conformance investigations
• Maintain accurate documentation, including line clearance, torque and ESD testing
• Comply with all Quality, Safety, and ISO13485/FDA QSR requirements
• Uphold cleanliness and order in line with 5S guidelines
• Participate in audits and collaborate across departments

What You’ll Bring:

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or repair—ideally within a regulated environment (GMP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components and tools
• Experience with or understanding of OH&S standards in manufacturing

Education & Qualifications:

• Secondary education required
• Trade qualification in manufacturing or electronics (preferred but not essential)
