SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

We’re looking for a strategic thinker, empathetic leader, and expert collaborator to join us as our next Senior Product Manager in the Ultrasound Reprocessing portfolio or our Endoscope Reprocessing portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end - working across strategy, execution, and optimisation - while engaging with stakeholders from the C-suite to clinicians.

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs
  • Use data, insights, and clinical feedback to continuously refine strategies
  • Prioritise product features and initiatives for maximum impact and value

Business Acumen & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry shifts to identify new opportunities
  • Build solid business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI models
  • Balance priorities across regulatory complexity, time-to-market, and resource constraints

Customer & Stakeholder Empathy

  • Engage deeply with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to champion real-world user needs
  • Communicate product vision clearly to senior leadership, bridging the technical with the strategic
  • Navigate high-stakes conversations with clarity, composure, and confidence

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Work seamlessly with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, QA, Service, Finance, and Manufacturing
  • Lead internal communications to ensure broad awareness of product progress and wins
  • Inspire without authority by aligning teams with purpose, insights, and shared goals

Product Lifecycle Ownership

  • Drive products from concept through commercialisation and post-market optimisation
  • Lead sustaining efforts, ensuring usability, performance, and product health stay at peak
  • Measure what matters, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate with nearly every function in the business and serve as the central point of contact for product-related communications with our global regions.

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally within MedTech or other regulated industries (FDA, MDR, ISO 13485)
  • A strong track record of launching and managing complex, high-impact products
  • Business-savvy with deep understanding of product-market fit, financial modelling, and strategy
  • Emotionally intelligent with the ability to build trust, influence cross-functionally, and lead through ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to engage everyone from nurses to executives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree is highly regarded
