We are seeking a dynamic and detailed-orientated Sales & Logistics Officer to join our operations team. 

About the Role

As a Sales & Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the seamless movement of goods globally and domestically. You will leverage your expertise in freight and logistics to manage end-to-end operations, optimise service levels, and meet cost requirements while adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international shipments for raw materials, cross-trade logistics, and finished goods.
• Oversee domestic logistics for delivering finished goods, service parts, and loan devices across Australia.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to enhance delivery performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for cost reduction and process optimization.
• Process customer orders and invoices accurately in the Nanosonics system to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Generate supply chain reports, including inventory forecasts, safety stock levels, and purchase order tracking.
• Represent the supply chain in cross-functional meetings, addressing key issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety policies

What you'll bring:

Skills and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of logistics experience, with a deep understanding of international freight forwarding and domestic transportation.
• Proven experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with freight booking systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable).
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain qualification is advantageous).
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
