Join Nanosonics, a global leader in infection prevention solutions, and play a key role in managing strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a critical category portfolio. As a Category Manager, you’ll take ownership of supplier relationships, ensure continuity of supply, and drive commercial outcomes aligned with our business goals.

You'll be at the forefront of driving cost reduction initiatives, mitigating supply chain risk, and enhancing supplier performance through collaboration, analytics, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
• Build and maintain supplier performance metrics and contingency plans
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve supply chain performance
• Ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory standards
• Drive category strategy and process improvements
• Work cross-functionally with teams across Procurement, Engineering, QA, R&D, and more

What You Bring

• 5–10 years in strategic sourcing or procurement in a manufacturing or regulated environment
• Strong commercial and technical acumen (e.g. knowledge of manufacturing technologies)
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; CIPS certification desirable
