  • Participate in failure investigations and help prioritise feature improvements.

Documentation & Communication

  • Assist in creating and updating product documentation, NDAs, and change notes.
  • Support reporting and presentation preparation for stakeholders.
  • Help manage product end-of-life (EOL) activities and sunset planning.

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to uncover opportunities and trends.
  • Provide support with desktop research including competitor analysis and IP review.
  • Assist with technical product documentation and digital tools aligned with our global strategy.

Cross-Functional & QA Support

  • Engage internal teams to resolve field issues and answer customer enquiries.
  • Support quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal process development to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SaaS tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and business information.
  • Highly organised, dependable, and detail-oriented with a flair for structured documentation.
  • Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Medical/Science, or Business.
  • Internship or project experience in a regulated industry (medical devices or healthcare) is advantageous.
