Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to laboratory and production facilities, ensuring compliance with QMS, ISO 13485, EMS, WHS, and internal systems
- Manage the maintenance, calibration, and documentation of lab and production equipment, assets, and services
- Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready documentation across all relevant internal systems
- Lead environmental monitoring, equipment certifications, and regulatory submissions
- Support continuous improvement of operational procedures and systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure equipment performance and facility readiness
- Assist with CAPAs, NCRs, and contribute to regulatory inspections and audits
- Be available for on-call support in the event of site emergencies
What You Bring
- A degree in Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a lab/production support or quality coordination role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory/production procedures and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with equipment maintenance, calibration, and QMS documentation
- Familiarity with WHS standards and environmental monitoring
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- A proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative mindset
