he ERP Business Partner – Technical & Customer Service is a senior role responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the technical service and customer service modules within the company’s ERP system. Acting as the key liaison between business operations and Global IT, this role ensures the ERP system effectively supports business processes, drives operational efficiency, and enables data-driven decision-making.

The position requires a deep understanding of ERP functionality, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive system enhancements that improve business outcomes. In addition to maintaining system integrity and generating reports, this role will lead strategic initiatives for ERP improvements, user adoption, and digital transformation within the service and customer operations functions.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary business partner for Technical Service and Customer Service functions, ensuring the ERP system aligns with operational and commercial objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement ERP strategies
  • Drive system enhancements
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ERP system’s technical service and customer service modules
  • Define and implement best practices for ERP data integrity, process automation, and system usability
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new ERP functionalities in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Develop and deliver advanced reporting and dashboards that provide deep insights into service performance, customer interactions, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead change management initiatives.
  • Develop and execute training programs and user guides and advise teams on how to leverage ERP functionalities 
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements that drive automation, reduce manual work, and enhance customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • 5–10 years of experience managing ERP systems within a technical service, customer service, or operations environment.
  • Deep expertise in ERP system administration, configuration, and optimization, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Experience in training, change management, and ERP user adoption programs
  • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience leading system improvement initiatives, including automation, integrations, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work closely with IT, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with medical devices, regulated industries, or complex service environments is a plus.
