What you will do
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your experience in the life science sector. Make a key contribution to the experience of our local and global customers by collecting and analysing post market data, working closely with our regional offices and ensuring our compliance to global regulatory requirements. In this rewarding role you will be join a high performing and supportive team who will provide you with the training you need to succeed as well as opportunities for growth and development.
- Lead the processes for gathering information and statistics on complaints, including root cause analysis and recommend solutions
- Review PMS data, gather input from cross functional stakeholders and elevate at-risk findings
- Support Post Market Surveillance (PMS) plans and reports including tracking and progress
- Prepare written analysis, summary reports and presentations for projects
- Support regional partners in the handling and resolving of customer complaints
- Use data analysis to understand the relationships between multiple data sources and create queries, procedures and reports to address customer and project requirements
What you will bring
We are seeking an enthusiastic and data savvy individual with exposure to the life science or medical device industry. To excel in this role, you will be customer-focussed, self-motivated, fast learner which will enable you to quickly navigate a complex and dynamic business environment in an exciting, growing organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical, engineering or science-related discipline
- At least 1 years’ experience within life science or medical devices, preferably with exposure to device complaint handling in a regulatory environment
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and databases. Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau would be an advantage
- Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements for medical devices (FDA/MDD/MDR etc)
- General technical or clinical medical device knowledge
- Ability to problem solve and make quick, informed decisions
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, adapt and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
